The Farm-City BBQ has announced the community leaders who will help guide the 69th annual event that will be held Wednesday, Nov. 25, at the Collier County Fairgrounds.

Russell Budd, founding partner of PBS Contractors, and Gloria Padilla, community relations manager for RCMA, will serve as co-chairs.

Paul Hiltz, president and CEO of Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH), will serve as honorary chair.

For nearly seven decades, the Farm-City BBQ has brought together thousands of residents, business leaders, farmers, community organizations and elected officials for an annual celebration rooted in gratitude for the people and industries that make Collier County thrive.

What began as a community effort to make sure local families had enough to eat has grown into one of the county’s most anticipated Thanksgiving traditions.

It is a reminder of how connected the community is, and it’s a chance to thank the people who put food on our tables, Budd said.
